The Story of the Spork

In our opinion, serving smoothies in a bowl does not justify using a spoon.
Note, we have smoothies too, they just come in a cup, with a straw, as they should.

Our spoon-worthy bases have a thick consistency, as you would expect with a sorbet.
We believe that fruit deserves more respect than just as a topping, so, a fork is necessary.
